81746-NI16I是美国Allen-Bradley公司出品的基于SLC500系列PLC的模拟量输入模块,设计时可以通过编程灵活设定该模块的工作方式、输入信号类型、数据格式、滤波频率等参数,从而方便地应用于各种场合。采用1746-NI16I作为采集模块组态的SCADA系统具有扩展方便、组态灵活、稳定可靠、便于维护等特点。
1746-NI16I有两种工作方式:CLASSl和CLASS3。其中的CLASSl方式是经典的使用方式,该方式占用系统资源较少,但使用起来需要较为复杂的编程;而CLASS3方式则使用方便,编程简单,但占用系统资源较多。
在使用1746-NI16I之前必须先了解1746-NI16I的软件资源,只有在对模块的每个通道正确配置后,才能使模块正常工作。
对1746-NI16I编程首先要了解SLC500系列PLC对内存变量的管理方式。SLC500系列PLC以文件的方式组织内存,即把内存划分为若干个区域–文件,每个文件分管不同类型的变量,如B文件、N文件、I文件、0文件分别用于管理开关量数据、模拟量数据、输人数据、输出数据等等。

The SCADA system using 1746-NI16I as the acquisition module configuration has the characteristics of easy expansion, flexible configuration, stability and reliability, and easy maintenance.
1746-NI16I works in two ways: CLASSl and CLASS3. The CLASSl mode is the classic mode of use, which occupies less system resources, but needs more complex programming to use. The CLASS3 mode is easy to use, easy to program, but occupies more system resources.
The software resources of 1746-NI16I must be understood before using 1746-NI16I, and the module can work properly only after each channel of the module is correctly configured.
The 1746-NI16I programming must first understand the SLC500 series PLC’s management of memory variables. SLC500 series PLC organizes memory in the way of files, that is, the memory is divided into several areas – files, each file is in charge of different types of variables, such as B files, N files, I files, 0 files are used to manage switch data, analog data, input data, output data and so on.
