电力系统无功功率的平衡是电能质量的重要保证。在电力系统0.4kv低压电网中,采用无功补偿的方法来提高功率因数,减少无功损耗,是改善供电质量、减少损耗、提高设备利用率的重要手段之一。目前低压无功补偿装置多采用mcu作为主处理器,通过a/d采样电网的电压、电流参数,实时计算电网的无功功率、无功电流或功率因数,根据相应的控制策略来控制电容器组的投切,实现对电网的无功补偿。这类控制器由于a/d采样精度不高,计算量较大,对cpu计算性能要求高,软硬件设计复杂且难度大,无功补偿精度低,系统响应时间比较长等,通常只能用于对无功补偿动态响应速度要求不高的场合。鉴于此,本文提出一种基于电能计量芯片+mcu的新型动态无功补偿控制器。

Reactive power balance is an important guarantee of power quality in power system. In the 0.4kv low voltage power network, reactive power compensation method to improve power factor and reduce reactive power loss is one of the important means to improve power supply quality, reduce loss and improve equipment utilization. At present, low-voltage reactive power compensation devices mostly use mcu as the main processor, and sample the voltage and current parameters of the power grid through a/d, calculate the reactive power, reactive current or power factor of the power grid in real time, and control the switching of capacitor banks according to the corresponding control strategy to achieve reactive power compensation of the power grid. Due to the low a/d sampling accuracy, large amount of computation, high requirements on cpu computing performance, complex and difficult hardware and software design, low reactive power compensation accuracy, and long system response time, such controllers can only be used in situations where reactive power compensation dynamic response speed is not required. In view of this, a new dynamic reactive power compensation controller based on energy metering chip +mcu is proposed in this paper.
