330701-00-30-10-02-00 is a proximity probe produced by Bently Nevada in the 3300 series. It is an accessory for the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System. The probe, extension cable, and Proximitor Sensor are included in the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System.
The temperature Range of the Probe is -52°C to +177°C for operation and storage. The 3300 XL probes are intended to seal differential pressures between the probe tip and the casing. A Viton O-ring serves as the probe’s sealing material. Prior to shipment, probes are not pressure checked. If you need a pressure seal test for your application, please contact our custom design department. All transducer system components use gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors. ClickLoc connections secure the connection, preventing it from getting loose.
The TipLoc molding technology, which is patented, creates a strong attachment between the probe tip and the probe body. The probe cable is firmly linked to the probe tip using our unique CableLoc design, which has a pull strength of 330 N.
FluidLoc cable options are available for 3300 XL Probes and Extension Cables. This option prevents oil and other liquids from leaking out of the machine via the interior of the cable. It also protects the connectors from moisture in a humid or moist environment.

330130-085-01-05 is a 3300 XL Standard Extension Cable manufactured by Bently Nevada and used in proximity transducer system. Proximity Sensors come from the factory with a standard calibration to AISI 4140 steel. It is possible to calibrate on-demand to additional target materials. Take note of the factors to take into account when using eddy current proximity probes for Overspeed protection applications when assessing this transducer system for tachometer or Overspeed measurements. Physically and technologically, the non-XL 3300 5 and 8 mm components can be swapped out for the 3300 XL 8 mm components. Even if the packaging of the 3300 XL Proximitor® Sensor differs from that of its predecessor, it is still designed to fit in the same 4-hole mounting pattern when used with the same mounting base’s 4-hole mounting pattern and will adhere to the same mounting space requirements.
System performance is restricted to the non-XL 3300 5 and 8 mm Transducer System standards when XL and non-XL 3300 series 5 and 8 mm system components are combined.
The 3300-series 5 mm probe (see to Specifications and Ordering Information p/n 141605-01) has a smaller physical footprint than an 8 mm probe, but it cannot be used with reduced side view clearances or tip-to-tip spacing.
When the use of an 8 mm probe is prohibited by physical—not electrical—constraints, this method is used. Use the 3300 NSvTM Proximity Transducer System when narrow side view probes are needed.
A thicker encapsulation of the probe coil in the molded PPS plastic probe tip is offered by 8 mm probes. As a result, the probe becomes more robust.
The probe body’s increased diameter also offers a stronger, more durable casing. For the best robustness against physical abuse, Bently Nevada advises using 8 mm probes wherever it is practical.
