该监测器通道成对组态,一次多可执行上述功能中的2 个。通道1 和通道2 执行一个功能,通道3 和通道4 执行另一个功能或同一功能。
3500/40M 监测器的主要功能为:
1) 通过连续不断地将机器振动当前值与组态中的报警值进行比较,并驱动报警系统,从而
达到保护机器的目的;
2) 为操作人员和维护人员提供关键设备的振动信息。通过组态,每一通道通常将输入信号处理成“静态值”。每一静态值都有组态好的警告报
警值,每两个静态值都可组态一个危险报警值。报警的延迟时间可通过软件设定。前面板LED(发光二极管)OK LED: 指示3500/40M 正常运行TX/RX LED: 指示3500/40M 正与3500 框架内其它模块通讯Bypass LED: 指示3500/40M 处于旁路模式传感器缓冲输出: 前面板对应每一通道均有同轴接头,每一同轴接头都有短路保护。
