模拟输出偏移(mA)默认值=0 mA(-2至24)模拟输出电流上的偏移调整,单位为毫安。AnalogOut增益默认值=1(-1.0到1.5)模拟输出电流的增益调整。增益基于实际位置,在0%时,增益调整没有效果。输出单位为毫安=(实际位置单位为%+4mA)(增益)+偏移。

Note: The analog output (20-4 mA) can be reversed if desired by setting the gain to -1 and the offset to 24. CanIn Fail Min (msg/s) default=30 (10 to 100) CAN request input fault adjustment. This setting is the minimum number of messages that ProAct receives per second before issuing a fault. When a message falls below Fail Min (the minimum value of failure) within Fail Delay, it indicates that the CAN is faulty. Both the transient current limit and the steady-state current actively attempt to locate the output before the minimum or maximum stop current limit is activated – that is, before the limit engages, the current may reach the transient limit and then the steady-state limit.

These Settings only provide an integral limit on the current controller, so the actual current may exceed this setting. The current error above this setting is proportional to the position error requirement. Once the maximum (or minimum) limit is reached, the 810-015932-001 current will also increase proportionally if the demand continues to increase (or decrease). Transient and steady-state current limits remain in effect – current does not exceed these limits. Requirement Tracking error (%) Default =15% (1.0 to 100) Adjustment for requirement input tracking error when using redundant requirement inputs (primary and backup). This setting is the maximum difference (percentage) between control requirements and standby requirements before a trace alert is issued. The difference must exceed the Error percentage value of the Error Delay duration to generate an alert.
