TRICONEX的特点
为了保证在任何时候系统都有最高的完整性,
备有三重组合式冗余结构,三个完全相同的系统分支的每一个都能独立地执行控制程序。而且备有专用的硬件/软件机制,可对输入和输出进行“表决”。能耐受严酷的工业环境。能够现场安装,可以在控制器在线使用状态下进行模件一级的修理工作。I/O模件的更换不会打乱现场布线。能支持多达118个I/O模件(模拟的和数字的)和选装的通讯模件,该模件可以与Modbus主机和从属机连接,或者和FoxboroHoneywell分布控制系统(DCS)、其它在Peer—to—Peer网络内的各个TRICON、以及在802.3网络上的外部主机相连接。

Features of TRICONEX
To ensure the highest system integrity at all times,
With a triple combined redundancy structure, each of the three identical system branches can execute the control program independently. There is also a dedicated hardware/software mechanism to “vote” on inputs and outputs. Withstand harsh industrial environments. It can be installed in the field and can be repaired at the module level when the controller is in online use. I/O module replacement does not disrupt the field wiring. Supports up to 118 I/O modules (analog and digital) and optional communication modules that can be connected to Modbus hosts and slaves. A control program can be executed that is written in relay cascade logic and is evolved and debugged by an independent workstation called TRISTATION.
Intelligent functions are built into the input and output modules to reduce the workload of the main processor, and each I/O module has three microprocessors. The input module’s microprocessor filters and demodulates the input and diagnoses hardware failures on the module. The output module microprocessor provides information for voting on the output data, checks the loopback data from the output terminal to make the output final valid, and can diagnose problems with the field line.
— Provides total online diagnostics with adaptive repair capabilities.
Routine maintenance can be performed during normal TRICONEX operation without interfering with controlled processes.
– Supports the use of “hot swappable Spare parts” I/O modules at critical times, in cases where immediate repair is not possible.
