CC-PAON01 模拟量输入输出模块卡件

1、打开控制站柜门,观察卡件是否工作正常,有无故障显示;
2、从每个操作站实时监控的故障诊断中观察是否存在故障,并进行记录;
3、检查电源箱是否工作正常,电源风扇是否工作,5V、24V指示灯是否正常,测量记录各电压值;
4、备份组态、PID参数、驱动以及其他需要的重要数据;
5、检查供电冗余,供电冗余包括交流供电冗余和直流供电冗余。交流供电冗余:通过分别断开冗余交流~220VAC进线的一路,系统有一半的交流供电回路失电,但系统应仍然可以正常工作。直流供电冗余测试方法如下:
(1)先断一路电源箱电源,测量每一机笼机笼母板电源端子上5V、24V的电压;
(2)先通上一路电源箱电源,再断另外一路电源箱电源,再测量每一机笼母板电源端子上5V、24V的电压。电源箱5V输出电压应在5.10V~5.25V之间,电源箱24V输出电压应在23.00V~25.00V之间。如果电压偏差较大需要及时检查处理,否则会影响卡件的正常工作。
6、网线及布置检查,检查网络线缆通断情况,确认连接处是否接触良好,并及时更换故障线缆;
7、UPS测试:通过断开UPS交流进线,测试UPS电池供电能力。UPS电池应定期放电,一般建议每月一次,放电方法:断开UPS交流供电采用电池供电,至电池即将释放完为止。
以上检查主要事先了解系统的运行状态,如有不正常的现象可以在停车时及时解决。

5. Check the power supply redundancy. The power supply redundancy includes AC power supply redundancy and DC power supply redundancy. Ac power supply redundancy: By disconnecting one of the redundant AC to 220VAC input lines, half of the AC power supply circuit of the system loses power, but the system can still work normally. The test method for DC power supply redundancy is as follows:
(1) First cut off the power supply of one power box, and measure the 5V and 24V voltage on the power supply terminal of the mother board of each cage;
(2) Power on one power box, then power off the other power box, and then measure the 5V and 24V voltage on the power terminal of each cage motherboard. The 5V output voltage of a power box ranges from 5.10V to 5.25V, and the 24V output voltage of a power box ranges from 23.00V to 25.00V. If the voltage deviation is large, it needs to be checked in time, otherwise it will affect the normal work of the card.
6. Check the network cable and layout, check the network cable connection, confirm whether the connection is in good contact, and replace the faulty cable in time;
7, UPS test: By disconnecting the UPS AC line, test the UPS battery power supply capability. The UPS battery should be discharged periodically (once a month is recommended). Discharge method: Turn off the UPS AC power supply Use the battery power supply until the battery is about to be discharged.
The above checks mainly understand the operating status of the system in advance, and if there is an abnormal phenomenon, it can be solved in time when stopping.
