CON021 传感器、延伸线、前置器
epro轴振传感器由三部分组成：传感器、延伸线、前置器。
在订货时必须选择传感器的安装螺纹形式、螺纹长度、金属铠装、中间接头、延伸线长度、前置器类型。传感器螺纹形式用于传感器在支架上固定时安装螺纹的规范，有两种尺寸可以选择：公制：M10*1，英制：3/8”-24UNF。螺纹长度用于在安装时调节探头表面与支架的距离，长度越长，可调节长度越长。必须注意的是安装空间是否可以容纳***的探头体。金属铠装指在延伸电缆外的不锈钢金属保护套管。
在传感器延伸线上可选1m处接头，接头的作用是方便安装，如果采用套筒式支架，必须带中间接头的传感器。前置器可选防爆级别的型号CON011或标准型前置器CON021。当涡流传感器用于轴振测量时，通常选择探头直径8mm，线性工作范围为2mm的传感器PR6423系列。
支架设计
支架的设计必须考虑支架的自振频率应大于被测量工频10倍以上，与支撑座体有良好的连接，不会导致部件的松动。根据需要设计传感器的安装位置，在安装位置上能够攻与传感器螺纹相同的通孔，以便安装时能够方便固定和调节。

If the sleeve type bracket is used, the sensor with an intermediate connector must be used. The preprocessor is available in explosion-proof class CON011 or standard type CON021. When eddy current sensors are used for shaft vibration measurement, the PR6423 series with probe diameter of 8mm and linear operating range of 2mm is usually selected.
Support design
The design of the support must consider that the natural vibration frequency of the support should be more than 10 times the measured power frequency, and there is a good connection with the support base, which will not lead to the loosening of the parts. The installation position of the sensor can be designed according to the need, and the through hole can be tapped at the installation position with the same thread of the sensor, so that it can be easily fixed and adjusted during installation.
