DR2-DPM-PCU是一款分布式控制系统,是对生产过程进行集中管理和分散控制的计算机控制系统,它是随着现代大型工业生产自动化水平的不断提高和过程控制要求日益复杂应运而生的综合控制系统。
DR2-DPM-PCU融合了计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术和自动控制技术,是一种把危险分散、控制集中优化的新型控制系统。DCS在电力、冶金、石化等各行各业都获得了极其广泛的应用。
系统采用分散控制和集中管理的设计思想,分而自治和综合协调的设计原则,具有层次化的体系结构。系统主要有现场控制站(I/O站)、数据通讯系统、人机接口单元(操作员站OPS、工程师站ENS)、机柜、电源等组成,具备开放的体系结构,可以提供多层开放数据接口。硬件系统在恶劣的工业现场具有高度的可靠性、维修方便、工艺先进。
分布式控制系统的主要特征是其集中管理和分散控制。DR2-DPM-PCU采用多层分级、合作自治的结构形式,其中,各子系统间有密切的联系与信息交换,系统对其总体目标和任务可以进行综合协调与分配。

DR2-DPM-PCU is a distributed control system, which is a computer control system for centralized management and decentralized control of the production process. It is an integrated control system that comes into being with the continuous improvement of the automation level of modern large-scale industrial production and the increasingly complex process control requirements.
DR2-DPM-PCU integrates computer technology, network technology, communication technology and automatic control technology, which is a new type of control system that disperses risk and centralizes control optimization. DCS has been widely used in power, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries.
The system adopts the design idea of decentralized control and centralized management, the design principle of division and autonomy and comprehensive coordination, and has a hierarchical architecture. The system is mainly composed of field control station (I/O station), data communication system, man-machine interface unit (operator station OPS, engineer station ENS), cabinet, power supply, etc. It has an open architecture and can provide multiple layers of open data interface. The hardware system has high reliability, easy maintenance and advanced technology in harsh industrial sites.
The main characteristic of distributed control system is its centralized management and decentralized control. DR2-DPM-PCU adopts a multi-level, hierarchical, cooperative and autonomous structure, in which each subsystem has close contact and information exchange, and the system can comprehensively coordinate and assign its overall goals and tasks.
