从内部封装芯片上,可控硅模块可以分为可控模块和整流模块两大类。从具体的用途上区分,可控硅模块可以分为多种类型,如普通晶闸管模块(MTC、MTX、MTK、MTA)、普通整流管模块(MDC)、普通晶闸管、整流管混合模块(MFC)、快速晶闸管、整流管及混合模块(MKC、MZC)、非绝缘型晶闸管、整流管及混合模块(电焊机专用模块MTG、MDG)、三相整流桥输出可控硅模块(MDS)、单相(三相)整流桥模块(MDQ)、单相半控桥(三相全控桥)模块(MTS)以及肖特基模块等。
可控硅模块具有体积小、重量轻、耐压高、容量大、效率高、控制灵敏、使用寿命长、过载能力和抗干扰能力强,控制电路较简单等优点。FC-RPB2N12主要用于可控整流、逆变、调压、无触点开关等方面,与RCV回转控制器配套使用可调节三相电动的转速,广泛适用于采用电机调速的各种机械设备。
