接收部分则是将一定码率的光信号输入模块后,由光探测二极管转换为电信号。经前置放大器后,输出相应码率的电信号。输出的信号通常为PECL电平。同时,如果输入光功率小于一定值,接收部分会输出一个告警信号。
FDCO-01的传输速率可以根据需要进行分类,常见的速率包括155Mb/s、622Mb/s、1.25Gb/s、2.5Gb/s、10Gb/s、40Gb/s、100Gb/s和400Gb/s等。此外,光模块还可以根据封装形式和工作波长进行分类。

FDCO-01 is an optical fiber communication module, which is a key component in optical fiber communication system. It is mainly composed of optoelectronic devices, functional circuits and optical interfaces. The optoelectronic device includes two parts: transmitting and receiving.
The function of the transmitting part is to drive a semiconductor laser (LD) or light emitting diode (LED) to emit a corresponding rate of modulated light signal after the electrical signal of a certain bit rate is processed by the internal driver chip. It is also equipped with an optical power automatic control circuit to ensure that the output optical signal power remains stable.
The receiving part is to input the optical signal of a certain bit rate into the module and convert it into an electrical signal by the optical detection diode. After the preamplifier, the corresponding bit rate electrical signal is output. The output signal is usually PECL level. At the same time, if the input optical power is less than a certain value, the receiving part will output an alarm signal.
