1、伺服系统(伺服机构)是使物体的位置、方向、状态等输出被控量随输入目标(或给定值)的任何变化而变化的自动控制系统。伺服主要是靠脉冲来定位的,基本上可以这样理解,伺服电机接收到一个脉冲,它就会旋转相应角度的一个脉冲,从而实现位移,因为伺服电机本身具有脉冲的功能,所以伺服电机每旋转一个角度,就会发出相应数量的脉冲,从而使伺服电机接收到的脉冲产生回声。或者是闭环,这样系统就会知道发送了多少脉冲给伺服电机,又接收了多少脉冲回来,这样就可以非常精确地控制电机的旋转,从而实现精确定位,可以达到0.001mm。直流伺服电机分为有刷电机和无刷电机。有刷电机成本低,结构简单,起动转矩大,调速范围宽,控制方便,需要维护,但维护不方便(换碳刷),有电磁干扰,对环境有要求。因此,它可以用于成本敏感的一般工业和民用应用。
无刷电机体积小、重量轻、输出大、响应快、转速高、惯性小、转动平稳、转矩稳定。控制复杂,易于实现智能化,其电子换相方式灵活,可进行方波换相或正弦波换相。该电机免维护,效率高,工作温度低,电磁辐射小,寿命长,可在多种环境下使用。
2、交流伺服电机也是一种无刷电机,分为同步电机和异步电机,运动控制一般采用同步电机,其功率范围大,可以实现很多功率。惯量大,最大转速低,并随着功率的增大而迅速减小。因此,它适用于低速和平稳运行的应用。
3、伺服电机内部转子为永磁体,驱动器控制U/V/W三相电场电磁场,转子在此磁场作用下旋转,同时电机自带编码器反馈信号给驱动器,驱动器根据反馈值与目标值进行比较,调整转子旋转角度。伺服电机的精度是由编码器的精度(行数)决定的。
交流伺服电机与无刷直流伺服电机在功能上的区别:交流伺服更好,因为它是正弦波控制,转矩脉动小。直流伺服是梯形波。但直流伺服更简单,更便宜。

The difference between AC servo motor and brushless DC servo motor in function: AC servo is better, because it is sine wave control and torque ripple is small. Dc servo is trapezoidal wave. But DC servo is simpler and cheaper.
