Entry-level digital relays for industrial motors
REM601 is a specialized motor relay designed for the protection and control of medium and low voltage asynchronous motors in the manufacturing and process industries. The relay provides an optimized combination of protection, monitoring and control functions in a single unit with the best performance availability in its class.
The standard signal configuration of a relay can be changed through its local user interface (LHMI). The relay can be used with a circuit breaker and contactor controlled motor driver.
In addition to variants based on the traditional current transformer interface, the relay also supports variants based on the Rogowski current sensor analog interface. This helps to reduce the size of compact medium voltage switchgear while improving performance and standardization.
