The SCXI-1193 is a high-density, 32-channel RF multiplexer switch module, part number 776572-93, manufactured by National Instruments (NI). It has a high degree of configuration flexibility and can be configured as an unterminated multiplexer, an externally terminated multiplexer, or a sparse matrix of various sizes. Each configuration can withstand signal frequencies from DC to more than 500 MHz.
The module is designed with a slot and utilizes high-density propulsive MCX connectors for discrete but manageable wiring. However, the SCXI-1193 module cannot direct the signal to a high-voltage analog bus.
The path resistance of the SCXI-1193 is a combination of relay contact resistance and trace resistance, which is usually kept low over the life of the relay.
