SPS5710-2-LF 内部有处理器,内存,内部检测等电路
SPS5710-2-LF控制器的底板。(C系列硬件都是由底板和模件两部分组成,模件是插在底板上,用螺栓固定)
底板上会有好多接口用于SPS5710-2-LF控制器与其它部分的连接。
模件
模件是控制部分的主体,内部有处理器,内存,内部检测等电路,控制部分的主要工作将在这里完成;模件上有LED灯和显示屏,在这里能获取到很多C300工作过程或故障中的各种信息
FTE网设备索引号
网络中C300区别于其它节点(服务器、操作站、其它C300)的标识,可以理解为C300的IP地址(C300和服务器、操作站等都在同一个FTE网络中,网络中各个节点之间靠IP来区分)
备用电池接口
用专用电缆连接备用电池,目的是当C300没电的时候保持C300内存RAM里的最新组态策略不丢失。
GPS时钟源网络接口
在自控系统中时钟同步非常重要,也就是系统中的每个节点的时间最好一致。如果网络中的每个节点的时间都取得GPS时钟源设备,时钟很容易保持一致。C300控制器可利用这个网口连接外部时钟源,从时钟源获取时间。如这个网口未插网线去连接时钟源,那么C300时间可通过软件设定来源于服务器。
冗余网口
一对冗余的C300控制器这个网口用网线连接完成主备控制器之间数据同步。
连接FTE网的两个网口
FTE网中任何一个节点都有两个网口,用两个不同颜色的网线连接两台不同的交换机(详情可参阅FTE网),这就是那两个网口,底板上有标明A和B.
IOLINK接口
C300作为控制部分的核心需要IO卡件的配合,C300的IO卡件就靠这两对接口去连接IO.C300连接IO能力是有限的,每对接口最多能并联40个IO,并且两对接口连接IO的总数不能超过64个,而不是80个。(如上面接口并联40个,那么下面接口只能接24个了)。接口成对出现也是冗余的概念,也就是每个IO卡件都有俩根IOLINK电缆与C300连接,断一条不影响运营。

module

FTE network device index number
The identification of C300 from other nodes (servers, operating stations, and other C300) in the network can be understood as the IP address of C300 (C300, server, operating station, etc., are in the same FTE network, and each node in the network is distinguished by IP).
Standby battery interface
The backup battery is connected with a dedicated cable to keep the latest configuration policies in the C300 RAM intact when the C300 is out of power.
GPS clock source network interface
Clock synchronization is very important in automatic control systems, that is, the time of each node in the system is best consistent. If the time of every node in the network is obtained from the GPS clock source device, the clock is easily consistent. The C300 controller can use this network port to connect to an external clock source and obtain time from the clock source. If this network port is not connected to the clock source, the C300 time can be set by software from the server.
Redundant network port
A pair of redundant C300 controllers This network port is connected by a network cable to synchronize data between the active and standby controllers.
Connect the two network ports of the FTE network
Any node in the FTE network has two network ports, with two different colors of network cables connected to two different switches (see FTE network for details), this is the two network ports, the bottom plate is marked with A and B.
IOLINK interface
As the core of the control part, the C300 needs the coordination of IO cards, and the C300 IO cards rely on these two pairs of interfaces to connect IO. The C300 IO connection capability is limited, each pair of interfaces can be connected to a maximum of 40 IO, and the total number of IO connected by two pairs of interfaces cannot exceed 64, rather than 80. (If the upper interface is connected to 40 in parallel, then the lower interface can only connect to 24). The interface pairs are also redundant concepts, that is, each IO card has two IOLINK cables connected to the C300, and breaking one does not affect operation.
