F860设计用于与霍尼韦尔Experion“系列C”现场总线接口模块(fim)一起使用时，为八个基础现场总线H1段提供冗余电源。模块支架符合11.6英寸I/O终端组件(iota)的机电要求，可直接安装到霍尼韦尔安装通道中。

现场总线段由两个冗余电源模块f801或f802供电。故障预警、电流隔离、功率调节和分段终止被集成到每个F80x模块中。在单工应用中，可以使用单个F80x模块。当安装单个或冗余F80x模块时，自动维护现场总线段的终止。

为保证高可靠性，F860 IOTA采用无源模式，仅提供电源模块对外连接。

IOTA有两个多针连接器，每个连接器通过标准系统电缆连接到FIM IOTA。

在系列C /O机柜内的不同位置，可提供不同长度的F860及其各自的FIM iota的安装。现场接线连接在FIM IOTA。

The F860 is designed to provide redundant power to eight foundation fieldbus H1 segments when used with the Honeywell Experion “Series C” Fieldbus Interface Module (fim).
