励磁控制单元是励磁系统的核心部分,主要作用是控制励磁电流,UAD149实现发电机的励磁调节。励磁控制单元的种类有很多,比如ABB的KUC711AE 静态和间接励磁系统,适用于20至12000A的电流范围,它专为水力、联合循环和抽水蓄能发电厂设计。

励磁控制单元主要包括励磁调节器、励磁功率单元等部分。励磁控制单元的作用是根据发电机的运行状态,自动调节功率单元输出的励磁电流,以满足发电机运行的需要。

励磁控制单元的参数设置需要输入密码,密码为3413416位数,长按参数键大概3秒钟,等参数设置的灯闪亮的时候就输入密码341341。在现场仅需要设置三个参数,第一个参数是功率因素的设置,出场的时候是0.85,如果现场有需要可以设置到0.99,设置到0.99就基本上是只发有功不发无功。第二个参数是电流互感器一次跟二次的电流比值,出场设定是100,可以根据现场电流互感器的大小来去设置。第三个参数是发电机额定电流与电流互感器一次电流的百分比,出场设定是百分之80。

The parameter setting of the excitation control unit needs to enter a password, the password is 3413416 digits, long press the parameter key for about 3 seconds, and enter the password 341341 when the parameter setting light flashes. Only three parameters need to be set in the field, the first parameter is the setting of the power factor, which is 0.85 at the time of appearance, if the field needs to be set to 0.99, set to 0.99 is basically only active power without reactive power. The second parameter is the ratio of primary and secondary current of the current transformer. The output setting is 100, which can be set according to the size of the field current transformer. The third parameter is the percentage of the rated current of the generator to the primary current of the current transformer, and the output setting is 80 percent.
