智能电机管理模块的工作原理主要基于模块的主电路、相控电路以及单片机等部分。这些部分被封装在同一壳体内,UMC100同时模块内置多个电流、电压传感器。模块通过接插件与控制盒连接,从而实现各种功能的设置和显示。

相控电路部分通常采用数字移相集成电路,例如银河公司自主开发的jp-ssy01数字移相集成电路。该电路为sop28封装,5v单一电源供电,全数字化处理方式,具有很高的移相精度及对称度。对控制端加0~10v电平信号,即可控制移相角度。
单片机则负责处理和传输数据。模块使用时,同步变压器输出同步信号给移相电路,其中另一路给单片机,作为单片机采集电压、电流信号的基准。
通过这样的工作原理,智能电机管理模块可以有效地管理和控制电机的工作状态,提高电机的效率和可靠性,同时也能够实现电机的节能控制和故障诊断等功能。
智能电机管理模块是采用单片机控制的移相触发调压软起动模块,UMC100用于三相交流电机的软起动,实现电机平滑起动,减小起动电流,避免冲击电网,减小配电容量。其特点如下:

– 具有全压启动、电压斜坡启动、电压阶跃启动、限流起动等起动方式。
– 起始电压可调,保证电机起动的最小起动转矩,避免电机过热。

– 可实现过流保护、过热保护和缺相保护。

The working principle of the intelligent motor management module is mainly based on the main circuit of the module, the phase-controlled circuit and the MCU. These parts are packaged in the same housing, and the UMC100 module has multiple current and voltage sensors. The module is connected with the control box through the connector, so as to realize the setting and display of various functions.
The main circuit section usually consists of glass passivated square thyristor chips, which are affixed to the dbc (ceramic copper clad plate) by integrated welding technology and welded together with the thermal copper plate. The UMC100 structure enables the module to have high insulation and heat dissipation performance.
The phase-controlled circuit part usually uses digital phase-shifting integrated circuits, such as the jp-ssy01 digital phase-shifting integrated circuit developed by Galaxy. The circuit is sop28 package, 5v single power supply, full digital processing, with high phase shift accuracy and symmetry. The phase shift Angle can be controlled by adding 0 ~ 10v level signal to the control end.
The single chip computer is responsible for processing and transmitting data. The intelligent motor management module is a soft start module controlled by single chip microcomputer with phase-shift triggering voltage regulation. UMC100 is used for soft start of three-phase AC motor to realize smooth start of motor, reduce starting current, avoid impact on power grid, and reduce distribution capacity. Its characteristics are as follows:
– MCU digital automatic control.
– With full voltage start, voltage ramp start, voltage step start, current limiting start and other starting modes.
– The starting voltage is adjustable to ensure the minimum starting torque of the motor to avoid overheating of the motor.
– The starting current can be adjusted according to the load to produce the best torque with the least current.
– The starting time is adjustable, within the time range, the motor speed gradually rises to avoid speed impact.
– Free parking and soft parking, soft parking time is adjustable.
– The various starting parameters entered by the user can be saved, and will not be lost after shutdown or power failure.
– Five-digit digital tube can display the corresponding current and voltage values.
– Overcurrent protection, overheat protection and phase loss protection can be achieved.
