The amplifier is an electronic control unit suitable for open-loop proportional valves. The controller’s output current is proportional to the reference signal and independent of temperature changes and load impedance. Proportional electromagnet using PWM power supply, can reduce the magnetic hysteresis of the valve, improve the control accuracy. On the front panel, an adjustable potentiometer for parameter setting is installed to improve system performance. The amplifer is available in three models for single-solenoid proportional valves, dual-solenoid proportional valves, and single-solenoid proportional valves with dual-channel control. Each type of electronic control unit has different high current and switching frequency (PWM), which can be selected according to the type of valve used (PWM).
The control voltage can be applied to the control input 1 directly or via an external control value potentiometer with the help of the 9 V regulation voltage of the power
supply device. For this input, the following is valid: 9 V? 100% 1) Control value input 2 is a differential input (0 to 10 V).
